Question:    Technically speaking, if I am the player to make the last bet/raise at the end of a hand, am I supposed to show first or the person, who has called the last bet?

Answer:    If you are the player to make the last bet/raise in the last betting round, then you have to show your cards first and the person, who has called for it, can wait. In the final round of any Poker table, if there was no bet, then the player close to the button has to show first. But, it is better if the player, who made the last bet, shows first.

Generally, people don’t want to show their hand in Online Gambling because they don’t want to pass the information on how they played. This is precisely the reason why many players become overtly concerned about gaming strategies. If you don't want to show your hand because you were bluffing or playing bad cards, then remember not to bluff too much next time, as it’s not considered fair enough.
